St. Charles Chapter Happenings – (February 4, 2010)
February
5th-6th (8:00 pm-Overnight) Video Game Party. Meet at the
Lodge around 8pm for a great night of brotherhood and fun. We will have three
projection screens set up to supersize your game playing experience. If you promised
to bring your Xbox or controller, bring make sure to bring them. We always seem
to run short on controllers. Bring $10 for some late night pizza. Also bring snacks to share with the group (chips, candy, popcorn, soda, brownies, etc.)
February
6th (10:00am – 1:00pm) Moolah Shrine Circus Flyer Handout and Ticket Sales.
Meet at the Cecil Whittakers Pizza Parlor at 24128 W. Clay, (St. Charles Plaza), at 10:00. Split up from there to distribute coupon display boxes to local stores and them meet back at Cecil
Whittakers between 12 and 1 for a pizza lunch. All participants are welcome to
attend the Magic House in Kirkwood for free on March 15th (Monday). Casual with
DeMolay shirt preferred.

7th (8:30am-2:00pm) Kirkwood DeMolay Pancake and Country Breakfast $6 / person

7th (2:00pm) Youth in Government Day Elections at Kirkwood Lodge. Casual.
February
8th (7:00pm-8:30pm) Ritual Practice at Dad Trimble’s Home. Come prepared to accept responsibility for Initiation Parts. We will be having an Initiation this term. Casual.

13th (10:00am-5:00pm) MoCHiP at Warenburg Theatre in Dardene Prairie. 10
am Setup. 11am Training. Noon open
to public. Casual.

13th (7:00pm-Midnight?) Kirkwood DeMolay Sweetheart Dance.
Suit and Tie.

16th – Flag Ceremony at St. Charles Lodge.

August
17th (7:00pm) Stated Meeting. Coat and Tie.
March
6th (12 noon) – Moolah Shrine Circus Parade in downtown St. Charles

6th – State Officer’s Reception at the Ararat Shrine in Kansas City
March
9th (8:45am-11:30am) Youth in Government Day will be held at the Chesterfield City Hall, 690 Chesterfield Parkway
West. If you attended the Elections on February 7th, then this
date is for you. Coat and Tie. NO
JEANS OR TENNIS SHOES.
March
27th – Carpool Dinner. Start out with Breakfast at one DeMolay’s
House, spend the morning doing cleanup or service work. Have Lunch at another
DeMolay’s house. Spend the Afternoon doing additional service work. Have Dinner at a third DeMolay’s house.
